I Can’t See Other Network Places When Using Vmware . Why?

I can map the network and see the PC who host VMware,
I can even see Windows 2003 network places (using VMware). So basically I see both but I can’t see my PC in my bedroom.
Is VMware limited when it comes to map network drive with a virtual OS?? Thank you.

I Am Using Knoppix (through Vmware) On My Xp.., How To Install Samba In Linux, Where To Get That?

During installation you can already have it (SAMBA) by selecting the samba package or sometimes it is inside the xWindow section of the installation. or you may download it from the internet at http://us4.samba.org/samba/ftp/stable/sa… .

Using Vmware Fusion 2.0.6, Can I Upgrade Windows 7 Rc1 To Windows 7 Home Premium?

I am running RC1, can I upgrade to the full Home Premium Edition with the $29.99 (student price) electronic upgrade? How do I do that on VMWare? Should I download the upgrade within the virtual OS or on my Mac itself?

Can I Run Mac Os X Leopard Or Snow Leopard In A Vm Using Vmware On Windows Vista?

No. There is no licensing agreement between Apple and VMWare to allow the Mac OS to be run in a virtual machine on Windows. You can do it the other way—run Windows in a virtual machine on a Mac, but you cannot run Leopard or the forthcoming Snow Leopard on a PC.
