I can map the network and see the PC who host VMware,
I can even see Windows 2003 network places (using VMware). So basically I see both but I can’t see my PC in my bedroom.
Is VMware limited when it comes to map network drive with a virtual OS?? Thank you.

How Does The Vmware Workstation / Esx Snapshot Feature Compare With Other Competing Vm Products?
December 19th, 2009From a software engineering point of view, I find the ability to take multiple snapshot and move between very useful. I was wondering whether anyone had experience with other VM products such as Virtuozzo or Parallels. I know MS Virtual Server can only do single snapshots, my impression is Virtuozzo seems to be aimed more at the datacentre / HA market.

November 28th, 2009I want to play some old 16bit Windows games. Problem is, 16bit legacy is no longer supported on a 64bit Windows install. So how should I go about setting up an emulator for older Windows?
Will VMware work for what I am trying to do on 64bit windows? Which specific product do I need to download? Do you have a better recommendation? Any advice is appreciated, especially if you can walk me through the whole process of setting this up.
