During installation you can already have it (SAMBA) by selecting the samba package or sometimes it is inside the xWindow section of the installation. or you may download it from the internet at http://us4.samba.org/samba/ftp/stable/sa… .

I have the VMWare workstation User Manual.
Somewhere it probably tells me what I need to know.
Can I get a Cliffs Notes version? Basically I need to create a virtual partition running Microsoft Server 2003.

I Want To Use / Install My Modem In A Virtual Machine (vmware) So Ican Use Internet Access, But Couldn’t?

I am trying to test some web applications on various OS, I was advised to use VMware (Virtual Machine) to save time but so far I can’t install my modem as it doesn’t detects it (it’s a PCI) I am Using VMware Workstation 6, can anyone help me with this?

-Once I installed VMWare software in my laptop, after that do i have to install OS in that virtual part? or OS is already installed when I install VMWare software.?
