So apparently VMWare IPO is coming soon. I’m not sure if a price per share has already been confirmed, and I don’t know that much about the market stocks, so I was wondering if anyone could tell me when it would be possible to buy shares from them?

You CAN.
It’s very hard (for most people) to do, and it will run like crap and may not be completely legal.
Google “OSX86″ (with the quotes) and check out http://www.insanelymac.com/
A better way to go would be to install OSX86 natively and run VISTA in the virtual machine.
Anyone rating this “down” has no idea wtf they are talking about.
