you will need a valid Windows CD or Image file as mentioned by the other poster. You cannot download unless you get a trial from Microsoft.
However, being on a Mac I'll suggest that you look into flip4mac WMV, a free Windows Media decoder that allows you to play windows media files in quicktime. Unless the file is protected content, it should work much more efficiently than loading up Windows just to play a file. Flip4mac is listed by Microsoft as a solution to watch Windows Media files.
Just so you know, there is a free version which allows you to play the file and a pro version that allows you to make edits... http://www.telestream.net/flip4mac-wmv/overview.htm
Hope that helps and saves you time :)

all you need a a .iso
I use VMWare and the best virtual windows OS that I have come across is performance XP.
You can get a torrent of performance xp and use utorrent to download it.
once it is downloaded...
point VMWare to it by selecting the plus sign to add a new OS and click continue with out disk and then select Use Operating System Instillation Disk Image File
Remember do not use easy install, it is always a headache and most performance xp torrents you don't need a serial anyway.
if you need more detail...memaclover@gmail.com
