You CAN.
It’s very hard (for most people) to do, and it will run like crap and may not be completely legal.
Google “OSX86″ (with the quotes) and check out http://www.insanelymac.com/
A better way to go would be to install OSX86 natively and run VISTA in the virtual machine.
Anyone rating this “down” has no idea wtf they are talking about.
