Can you get the installation disk online for windows xp or vista for VMware Fusion??I just downloaded it and it says i need a disk, can i get it online or do i have to borrow one or buy a disk??

You can only get Windows Vista now. Microsoft has officially stopped manufacturing Windows XP discs.
